We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our Returns Portal at www.perluboutiques.com to submit your request.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for mailing your return.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the original invoice.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at perluboutiques.com with photos of the issue.
